I’m a happiness and growth coach – a guide for people navigating work-life transitions, emotional burnout, and quiet shifts that feel hard to name but impossible to ignore.
With 10+ years in the corporate world and another decade as an entrepreneur, I’ve lived through reinvention, burnout, growth, and rediscovery – as a professional, a parent, and a seeker. I’ve climbed ladders, stepped off them, built something of my own, and asked myself the same questions my clients now bring to me.
I understand what it’s like to feel both accomplished and lost. Certain and uncertain. Ready for change, but not sure where to start.
